Built an internal coordination platform for a cloud software company to manage deployments and maintenance across multiple engineering teams. The system prevents scheduling conflicts, automates customer notifications, and integrates directly with deployment pipelines.

The Challenge
With multiple engineering teams deploying updates independently, the company faced constant scheduling conflicts: two teams would schedule maintenance at the same time, or deployments would happen during blackout periods like major holidays. Support teams struggled to keep customers informed, and last-minute changes often meant scrambling to notify everyone affected.
What I Built
A coordination platform that serves as the central hub for all maintenance and deployment activities. Technical teams can schedule work through a simple interface in Slack or directly from their automated deployment systems. The platform checks for conflicts, enforces business rules (like "no deployments on Black Friday"), and automatically generates customer communications.
